Animal Extravaganza—April 1-30
Conner Prairie Interactive History Park
Conner Prairie’s outdoor season is finally here. Celebrate the park’s newest and furriest friends throughout the entire month of April. I mean, seriously, who wouldn’t want to see these adorable baby animals? Take the kids to meet the Conner Prairie lambs and calves in the Animal Encounters Area , plus even see a piglet or two!

FREE. What a wonderful word. From 4-8 p.m., enjoy FREE admission at one of Indy’s favorite attractions – The Children’s Museum. Experience the new LEGO exhibit or travel back in time with dinosaurs. Whatever suits your family’s fancy, it is sure to be a great experience.

First Friday Art Tour —April 6
Various Downtown Locations
Enjoy all the amazing art Indy has to offer at this awesome event. Tour 30+ downtown galleries of wonderful artwork this Friday. Sponsored by the Indianapolis Downtown Artists & Dealers Association, this event allows you to experience a bit of Indy culture your own way.

500 Festival Training Series presented by Ortho Indy 5k—April 7
Whether training for the 500 Festival Mini Marathon or just looking to get some serious exercise, this 15k is right up any endurance runner’s alley. Plus, the beautiful greenery of White River State Park makes running much easier!
