If you’ve driven across South Street in the last year you’ve had the opportunity to watch Indy’s latest community rise from what used to be a surface parking lot. Located directly across the street from Eli Lilly and Company, CityWay represents Indianapolis’ most ambitious downtown mixed-use development to date.
