I currently work at Saraga as an English teacher to the employees. I See this food everyday and think every day of my life that I am so lucky to see this food. I know this comment sounds a little weird, but there is so much to explore without leaving your city,

I read your comment about ghee and believe me…I had the same thought. Many years later I gained the courage to buy some after seeing it on the shelves day in and day out. It is a very rich flavored butter. Don’t let the name scare you, if you like butter, you will enjoy some ghee.
